HOW CAN I REQUEST A DEMO?

We offer demonstrations of the Veriffi system by appointment. Please contact us to arrange an appointment. We can arrnage a number of methods for a demonstration.

WHAT IS A CONNECTED SYSTEM?

Veriffi is a connected system, this allows organisations to share a flagged persons details across mutliple locations, this can be done within or outside your organisation. This allows a collobarative approach in identifying persons of interest.

IS THE DATA SECURE?

Veriffi differentiates itself from other system providers as the most privacy aware facial recognition system on the market today. Every system installed communicates back to the Australian based central server through encrypteed channels (SSL 2048 bit encryption). 
Veriffi currently complies with all the Commonwealth mandatory privacy requirements.

HAS THE SYSTEM BEEN TESTED?

Veriffi utilises an Imagus verification engine which has been included in 2016 one of the top 20 Homeland Security solution providers. In addition the recognition algorithm has been submitted to NIST. 
Currently Veriffi is undergoing testing by BMM Testlabs for certification for Gaming venues.

IS THERE TECHNICAL SUPPORT?

Veriffi provides 24/7 technical support.

The support team can be reached by telephone or email and in most cases we respond within a 15 minute period. 

Training can also be arranged for new staff if required by appointment.

CAN THE SYSTEM WORK ANY DEVICE?

Veriffi is a multi platform system and can operate on Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android devices. 
In addition alerts are sent directly to nominated staff so there is no need to constantly monitor the system.
